A few rules for a good session.

Next Round Padel helps adults organise social Americano and Mexicano sessions. These terms explain how to use it fairly and what to expect from the service.

The service and its operator

Next Round Padel is operated by Third Place Advisory, United Kingdom. Contact us at joe@thirdplaceadvisory.com. These terms apply when you use the organiser or its viewer pages. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The organiser is currently free and does not require an account. Optional features may depend on hosting availability. If we introduce paid features later, their price and conditions will be made clear before you choose them; using today’s free tool does not authorise a future charge.

Adults only

You must be at least 18 to use the organiser or viewer pages. Organisers must only create sessions for players aged 18 or over. The adult declaration is a self-declaration, not an identity or safeguarding check.

This tool is not designed for junior sessions. Please do not enter a child’s information, even if an adult is running the event. Contact us if you think such information has been uploaded.

Your responsibilities as organiser

  • Agree the scoring, pairing and rest-turn rules with your group before play. Check names, fixtures and scores; the displayed standings depend on the results you enter.
  • Use short player labels and tell players how any results will be shared. Give them the privacy notice and respect objections or correction requests.
  • Keep control of the device and browser used to edit the session. Do not disclose its editing key or allow unauthorised changes.
  • Download backups when needed. Browser data can be lost through clearing, private browsing, device changes or failures.
  • Manage the real event, including the court booking, player suitability, supervision and venue rules. The website does not provide coaching, medical advice or event insurance.

Sharing sessions and results

Share only information you have a lawful right to provide. You retain any rights you hold in information you enter. You allow us to process and display it only as needed to provide the features you choose and as explained in the privacy notice.

Viewer links are read-only but are not private to named recipients: anyone with a link can open or forward it. Screenshots, fixed snapshots and downloaded results can continue to exist after live sharing stops. Consider this before publishing a link or graphic publicly.

The Next Round branding on an exported results card identifies the tool used. You may download and share those cards for your session. Do not imply that Next Round endorses an event or business unless we have agreed that with you.

Fair use

Do not use the service to upload unlawful, abusive or misleading material; expose unnecessary personal information; impersonate others; gain unauthorised editing access; or disrupt the service through automated abuse or excessive requests.

We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect people or secure the service. Where practical, we will explain the issue and provide a way to contact us. Report a technical or security concern to our contact email without sharing other players’ data publicly.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to provide a useful, reliable tool, but internet connections, hosting limits, browser behaviour and software faults can interrupt it. Live scores may be delayed. The offline features depend on the browser having stored the necessary files.

Check important results and keep a backup. Partner variety, average-point rankings and balanced appearances follow the rules described in the format guides; they do not guarantee equally strong opponents or perfectly equal competitive conditions.

We may fix or change features and may need to pause or discontinue the service. For a planned significant change, we will give reasonable notice where practical and explain available export options.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law gives you or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. In particular, we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

If a problem with the service causes you loss, contact us so we can investigate. Responsibility will be determined under applicable law and the circumstances; these terms do not impose a blanket waiver of your rights.

Questions and changes

Questions about these terms or an accessibility problem can be sent to joe@thirdplaceadvisory.com. Privacy requests and complaints are explained in the privacy notice.

We may revise these terms as the service develops. We will update the date above and highlight material changes where appropriate. Revised terms apply to future use and do not retrospectively remove rights you already have.
