A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before the first serve.

The essentials for a smooth social.

What’s the difference between Americano and Mexicano?

Americano uses rotating partners and a schedule drawn before you start. Mexicano draws the next round from the current standings, grouping similarly ranked players together. Both formats award individual points from doubles matches.

Can I play with an odd number of players?

Yes. Players take turns resting when there are more players than places on court. The organiser prioritises players with fewer scheduled matches and rotates rests. Smart Bye ranks by average points per match whenever players sit out. Resting changes neither your points nor your average. Players without a completed match are unranked.

Is it really free?

Yes. All features in this organiser are free, including fixtures, scoring, saved sessions and branded results cards. There is no account or payment step.

Where are my tournaments saved?

Sessions are saved in this browser on this device. Enabling live sharing also sends a view-only copy to the live service; it expires seven days after its last update. Clearing browser data, using private browsing or changing devices can remove access. Export a backup to keep a separate copy.

Do shared results update automatically?

Live QR links refresh scores and court assignments every few seconds when live sharing is connected. Only the organiser can edit. Snapshot links are also available as fixed copies. Anyone with a shared link can see the player names.
